Proper nozzle positioning
In pools with skimmer filtration system nozzles are usually placed opposite the skimmer at the upper part of the pool. In terms of water hydraulics, this location is not optimal, since ideal mixing of chemicals with the entire volume of water cannot take place. Especially in the summer months, during high pool usage, the formation of algae in some areas the pool may occur, even while maintaining the correct dosage of chemicals.
Rotate the nozzle to the bottom of the pool at about 45 °. Impurities on the surface of the will take a little longer to get to the Skimmer, but the overall cleanness of the pool will improve.
It is the ballast (storage) tank for swimming pools equipped with overflow trough. It is a necessary part of the pool, and for two reasons. First, because this pool system is unable to supply the recirculation circuit constant supply of water, therefore air could get into the system. The second reason is the water level compensation. If there are swimmers in the pool, excess water drains into the tank, once the swimmers leave the pool, the control unit will switch on the pump, and adjust the water level.
