Replace sand with Zelbrite filtration medium, which has several times greater surface area of grains and can capture finer particles. It also captures nitrates contained in the water. It will save you resources and improve the purity of water.

Above all, TUV certification is a guarantee for customers and business partners that the Popp Company Ltd. has implemented a management system on a level corresponding to international standards. This means that, at all levels of production such rules are respected, that the overall product quality is maintained and increased, and that the customers order will be processed in accordance with his requirements and expectations. TUV certification is now routinely required not only by foreign customers and is an indicator of of a business partner.
The introduction of the certificate is a demanding, long-term process that starts with mapping of the various activities of the company and their recording in writing. The entire manufacturing process of the product is laid out according to the requirements of the norm. Each individual area of the process had to be adjusted to the standard. Each individual area of the process, from the original order, documentation drawing, production control mechanisms and the actual installation of the product had to be maximally streamlined. It was necessary to make design calculations for individual products using the end-product method, which ensures closest estimation of product behavior in real conditions. The standard sets the areas which need to be and adapted to its requirements. Internationally accredited TÜV CZ Ltd. performed the certification. Our company was successfully awarded the certificate.
